I was having car troubles, my engine was shutting off while traveling down I295, several times. SO, I googled and found Brightway on Bch Blvd. I took it in and they looked it over, got back on the road after checking it out and clearing some erroneous error codes. And then it happened again after a couple miles, brought it back and added a quart of oil. Seemed to run fine got down the road again, after about 60 mile sit did it again. Had it towed to the dealership, it was a known problem with a water solenoid of some sort, good thing it was still under warranty. JUst wanted to give a shout out to the young man that assisted me both times at NO charge, think his name might have been Jeremy...Definitely some great customer service and helping out a stranger. Give these guys a chance if you need repairs in the Southside, Beach blvd area.

I had such a great experience here! Justin was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure my car was taken care of. As a woman, going to a car place can sometimes feel intimidating because you worry about being overcharged or not taken seriously, but that was absolutely not the case here. The staff was honest, respectful, and went above and beyond. I really appreciate the trustworthy service and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

While traveling through Jacksonville, the engineihht cams on. Brightway looked at my car immediately and diagnosed/fixed the issue within an hour (it was not a major issue) so that we could continue on our way. The price and service were fantastic!

I own a local small business with 13 vans that we put a lot of miles on. As a result, they constantly need repair. I have used several shops for maintenance, until now. Now, I only use one and that's Brightway. Justin is money! He is very knowledgable about cars, has excellent customer service skills and most importantly he is honest. I can always count on them to provide an honest estimate and complete the work timely and correctly. I do a lot of business with this team, and I really feel like have a partner to help me keep my vans on the road and producing. One of our fleet vehicles ran over a hidden stump and did consider damage under the vehicle. The folks at Brightway answered our call and provided a same-day estimate that was much less than dealers or other collision centers. They thoroughly went through the damaged items along with the repair costs (materials and labor) and finished ahead of schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
